We do not share, sell, lease or otherwise exchange any identifying information about you, our customer, with anyone. We regard your privacy as paramount - after all, we wouldn't want our own names, addresses, etc. to be placed on a junk mail or spam account just because somebody wants to make a profit from such information - that kind of behaviour is precisely the sort of thing we are in the business of enabling humanity to evolve beyond.

Our website software does use cookies. This is how the shopping cart keeps track of what you have ordered while you are browsing our catalog. Please understand that these cookies are not used by us for any other purpose whatsoever, and they expire after 24 hours.
Return And Credit Policy
Due to health restrictions, we cannot accept returns on mats and eyebags. All other products may be returned in unused condition. Unless we have sent a defective product or made an error, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Any returns must be pre-authorized and be assigned an RA (Return Authorization) number or your package will be refused. We need you to contact us within 7 business days of recieving your order if you wish to return it.
Consult with a qualified yoga instructor for proper use of yoga products. Bheka will not be held responsible for injury caused by any item we sell.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to change, or rarely but possibly maybe incorrectly entered. If there is a price descrepancy, you will be contacted as quickly as possible and given the opportunity to alter your order as works for you (in terms of what also works for us on this end).
